The breadth of wire products provide storage and security for many purposes. Wire racking provides secure storage and circulation of air and water from sprinklers (making fire departments happy). Wire carts offer benefits from food storage to anti-static requirements in many electronic assembly environments. Below are some ideas in the vast array of options in this category of products.

	Wire partitions provide visibility, circulation and security. Because of their rigidity, welded wire can be quickly and easily customized on-site.
	Wire shelving and carts offer dust free storage and other features ideally suited for the food, medical, clean-room and ESD environments. Visibility and a choice of colors make them attractive for commercial and retail use, as well.
	Wire decking, like the one shown for pallet rack, offers good circulation which fire departments look favorably on. The gauge and spacing vary widely with ADA approved decking (not shown) at the high end of the spectrum.

Other considerations in choosing prefabricated buildings

Other considerations in choosing wire products:

• Woven or welded? Welded wire products offer superior strength and flexibility. Strength comes from many welds distributing load across the entire structure. Better flexibility comes from the fact that you can cut the wire and still maintain rigidity.
• Lower gauge wire means thicker wire and more strength (when comparing similar materials).
• Connectors for modular shelving are diverse. Usually the ability to insert a shelf in the middle of a unit is at the expense of strength. Only close inspection of a particular design will ensure proper modularity and sufficient strength.
• A Fire Department's acceptance for wire decking as a substitute for sprinkler systems will ultimately depend on the decision of the local Fire Marshal. InnerSpace can help you navigate this requirement.
